Suggested Use As a dietary supplement, take one gelcaps per day on an empty stomach at breakfast or at bedtime or as directed by your health care professional. Individual should not eat for at least one hour after taking the product.



Cautions SAM-e should not be combined with other standard antidepressants without the supervision of a physician. SAM-e should not be taken by those with bi-polar disorder (manic depression). Parkinson’s disease patients should not take SAM-e with the drug levodopa, as SAM-e may interfere with the drug’s actions.
