Shipping Information:

Orders are processed and typically shipped the same business day or the following day depending on the time your order is received. If your item is backordered, they will usually ship within 7 business days. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your confirmation and tracking information. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Nutritional Supplements may be returned for store credit within 10 days if unopened and seal is intact. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

JES Organics brand name products may be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase if the product is defective or if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Polar Power Magnets guarantee their magnets to be of the quality we specify with the field strength, size and polarity we indicate. We will gladly replace the product due to such defects in manufacturing, labeling and packaging. Special order items are non-returnable, but all other items may be returned for a full refund within 60 days; provided they have not been used or damaged. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You must have a copy of the original invoice with the order.

Shipping Information
Delivery time is 6 to eight weeks from date of order. Many times you will receive your order in one to two weeks. However, due to large orders and availability of magnets within the industry, (we must guess our orders of raw magnets six months in advance), we reserve the right for a six to eight week delivery date. Thank You for your patience. We always try to get your orders out as fast as possible. We believe you will find our top quality, high strength magnets worth the wait.
